Public repositories. Source evidence. No assumptions about personal use.
Files in public repositories owned by the account, at a specific default-branch commit. Ownership does not establish authorship or personal use.
The scan detects AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, GEMINI.md, SKILL.md, common agent rules, commands, agent definitions and configuration. Named prompt candidates such as program.md and prompt.md are shown separately as task prompts. README files are not counted as agent instructions.
Scope and triggers are inferred from placement or declared metadata. Actual loading and invocation are unobserved. Personal settings, private repositories and external plugins are outside this scan.
Effective context models default Codex, Claude Code or Cursor discovery for a repository-relative path. Folder paths end with /. Conditional rules and text references are separate from discovered guidance. Complex glob syntax remains unresolved; custom paths are not checked for existence. Personal settings, harness versions and size limits can change actual loading.
Distinctive excerpts highlight directive paragraphs with concrete paths, commands or constraints whose wording appears in only one indexed original repository. Case and whitespace are normalized. The comparison includes readable guidance, deduplicates account and direct-repository snapshots, and excludes forks and examples. Textual rarity is not a quality score or proof of novelty.
Identical-content patterns normalize whitespace and exclude forks and detected example, fixture and vendor directories. References are not proof that a file was loaded.
Up to 1,000 repositories are listed. Trees are inspected without executing code. Files above 150 KB, timeouts and the 150-file-per-repository limit are reported as incomplete. Symlinks and submodules are not followed. Results are cached with a visible scan date. Refresh index re-lists repositories and scans those whose push timestamp changed; refresh requests are limited to once per ten minutes. Source mentions and section headings are extracted from text, not interpreted as compliance or actual use. Enter owner/repository to index one public repository. Arbitrarily named prompts may not be detected.
